What is actually in 1 stick?

Why do the forms matter as much as the doses?
Because two products can print the same number and deliver very different amounts.
Folate is (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, not folic acid. B12 is methylcobalamin with adenosylcobalamin, not cyanocobalamin. B6 is pyridoxal 5'-phosphate. Magnesium is fully reacted bisglycinate, not bisglycinate cut with oxide to flatter the label. Zinc, copper and manganese are chelates, not oxides. Vitamin D3 comes from lichen, so it is vegan.
Those choices cost more. They are the reason this exists.
How do I take it?
